Refund and Exchange

We hope you’ll love your Doll order but if you want to return it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please email

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items returned are sent at the purchaser’s cost. Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt. We would advise that you post your return via recorded or signed for delivery.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you when we have received your return and when the refund has been processed. All returns will be refunded back using your original method of payment within 10 working days from receipt of email.

Any SALE items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.

Can I have an Exchange?
If you would like to exchange, please email within 14days of your purchase. Returned items to be exchanged must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

Exchanges will be processed after receipt and inspection. 

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes. Please note, Standard delivery is the cheapest option, but can be slow and cannot be tracked or insured.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges required to release your order from customs upon arrival are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Amaris and Chaya.

We will not be liable for any custom charges once your order has reached your country. Due to BREXIT, and us being UK based, we will not be taking any orders over the amount if £190.
