Q: How do we contact you?

Q: When will my order ship?

 A: 1-3 days from date above if dolls have arrived according to above schedule.

Q: I need my order by a specific date. Can I still pay the rush fee?

A:  No, as the dolls are only available according to above dates.

Yes, if doll are available, there will be an express delivery option, but only valid in the UK for now.

Q: Can I request a shade change only on a doll or place a custom order?

A: We are not accepting custom orders or requests at this time.
